FORM is an independent non-profit working to develop creativity and leverage it as a catalyst for cultural development and community transformation in Western Australia.

Our work encompasses the full cycle from research on the unique conditions in WA, to engaging communities and brokering relationships, through to design and delivery of programs and infrastructure on the ground to address the needs and opportunities in WA.

The motivation behind FORM’s work is to demonstrate that creativity is not just relevant but essential to the quality of everyone’s lives, and is a key component of a balanced, diversified and mature society.  Whether building stronger communities, addressing inequity, or transforming our surroundings, creative processes provide the vital spark to inspire and transform.

With offices and galleries in Perth, the Pilbara and Midland, we work across the state with urban, regional and remote communities.
